Order by midnight on a Monday to be part of our weekly product dispatch on a Wednesday for next day delivery.

Delivery

All our Overnight Oats are delivered in specially designed temperature controlled boxes that stay chilled for up to 24 hours.  We use: 

  • Top quality temperature controlled boxes & gel packs - Our insulated boxes are very durable double walled outer cardboard carton, which is then lined with a metalised polyester laminated bubblebag.  Frozen gel packs are added to your order to ensure your Overnight Oats arrive chilled.  
  • Recyclable & reusable - Not only are the materials used 100% safe for food packaging but they are also reusable and, once you have finished with them, they are easy to dispose of

Once your order has been despatched unfortunately we can't recall it or delay delivery.

We highly recommend that you make a plan for delivery if you're not gong to be in. You will receive a text message the day of delivery with an hour window.

Also, please ensure that you fill in the delivery instructions at check out with any delivery instructions including a safe place that we can leave your delivery.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order goes missing we will do our best to work with DPD to track it and investigate where it might have gone.

We do ask that you endeavour to be in to receive your order (even if you have provided a safe place) because we cannot refund you if the order goes missing.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, since our Overnight Oats are perishable, we don’t accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@properoats.com and we will do everything we can to help you.
